The handle can be adjusted and angled to accommodate any user. The handle has been tested for endurance up to 200,000 cycles, which will ensure the quality of the finish as well as the performance of the handle over time. The sprung lever can be reduced to accommodate a wider range of locks. This is particularly beneficial in doors with smaller door frames where the cylinder is located further back. Lever Pad
A Lever Pad door handle made of upvc functions differently to the lever type handles on doors. These handle types can either work off one single spindle (inline) or independently from each side by using two offset or inline spindles (pad). They are commonly used on UPVC doors with double glazing and come in a range of finishes and variations.
The handles have been tested to the minimum of 200,000 cycles and are available in various finishes like White Silver, Chrome, & Gold. The finish is BS EN 1670 Grade 5 and is resistant to rust. This provides the handle with a high performance and long-lasting durability for the purpose it was designed for.
All UPVC lever pads for handles come with a spindle, screws and can be installed on the uPVC door. The backplate fixing centers of 211mm allow for a larger handle, which can be beneficial when replacing a damaged or worn multi-point door lock mechanism. These handle levers have springs, which eliminate the problem of door handles that move out of the horizontal position when not being used.

Doors that are internal and external require different levels of security.
The choice of cylinder is essential. It depends on the use that your doors and handles will receive. External doors, for instance are required to be fitted with cylinders with greater security and internal doors can be secured using an ordinary cylinder. Additionally, certain cylinders have extra features that increase security, for instance anti-drill and anti-bump characteristics.
To make sure that the euro cylinder is the right size for your door, it must be measured correctly. The cylinder needs to be measured from the screw hole in the center to the ends of the cylinder. This includes the thumb turn should there be one. It is best to do this while the lock is in place however when this isn't possible, you can remove it to take measurements. It is crucial to ensure that there is no extension of the cylinder beyond the handle or escutcheon. This can make it susceptible to lock snapping attacks.

Certain cylinders are constructed to resist snapping. Spring Cassette
This spring cassette sits in the base of the door handle backplate, supplying a spring-loaded solution that returns the multipoint lock handles back to their original position after usage. These handles used to have no spring and would drop when the locking mechanism was disconnected. This simple part is the best solution to solve this issue. It also helps prevent your door from getting stuck in either the closed or open position since they are difficult to close manually.
These spring cassettes are specially made for use with sprung multipoint locks, they will not fit multipoint handles that are not sprung and you will need to have a custom hole cut into the backplate to allow them to fit (please check the image for a technical diagram). These cassettes are a solution to damaged or missing cassettes in the backplate of uPVC door handles. They have a square cut-out that can accommodate an 8mm spindle, and they are supplied individually.
